6-methoxytetrahydroisoquinoline hydrochloride (39.9 mg, 0.2 mmol),Graphene oxide (8mg) and a stirrer were placed in the reaction tube.After replacing the inert gas, 1 ml of DMF was added and the reaction tube was sealed.The reaction tube was placed in a 150C oil bath and the reaction was stirred for 18 hours;After cooling to room temperature, the catalyst was removed by filtration and the filtrate was diluted with 15 mL of water.And extracted with ethyl acetate 3 times, each time 15mL; combined extract,Dry with anhydrous sodium sulfate and filter. The filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure.The crude product was purified by column chromatography with ethyl acetate:petroleum ether=1:3 (containing 1% triethylamine) as eluent. Yellow solid, melting point 63-64C, yield 86%.
