The organic phase was then washed with HCI (1 N), NaOH (1 N) and brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography eluting with DCM/EtOAc: 90/10 to give the title compound as yellow oil (316 mg, 84%). LC/MS: m/z 551 (M+H)+, Rt: 4.15 min.
